We appreciate your time at GreatPdf. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our products are digital (usually in PDF, HTML, AZW3 or ePub format), we cannot accept returns. However, we at GreatPdf understand that sometimes you may need a refund for various reasons. That’s why we have the following policy for refunds:
You can get a full refund within 1 week (7 days) if the product is not as described, is the wrong edition, or has formatting issues. GreatPdf will give you back your money.
If you bought a product by mistake, and let us know right away, we will try to refund you 100% of the money. However, this depends on some factors like how quickly you told us, whether you downloaded the product or not, etc.
If you encounter any problems like duplicate purchases, double charges, etc., you can request a refund anytime. We will grant your request even if it’s 6 months later.
How to Request a Refund
To ask for a refund, please contact us via Whasapp or email (preferred), and tell us the issue along with your order number and/or email you used for the order and mode of payment. We will get back to you within 72 hours at most (but usually much faster).
